Fires the First Salvo!
July 8th, 2009An Application for Judicial Review has been Lodged in the Supreme Court this morning and served on the Deputy Commissioner.
Now another Official wait for 28 days for the Deputy Commissioner to provide a Statement of Reasons as to why the Application was refused.
A Hearing has been set down for Directions Hearing for the 7th August, 2009 by which time a Statement of Reasons must have been supplied. If not, at that time, a Hearing will be heard before a Justice of the Supreme Court to determine my Application for Judicial Review of the Decision.

D-Day for my Name change has arrived "Again"
July 5th, 2009Monday is the day I am 'supposed' to receive a formal reply
After lodging a formal complaint through CMS, their 28 days to give a decision is tomorrow.
While crossing my fingers, eyes and a couple of other things, Im not holding my breath.
Stay tuned for me to go 
when they fail to respond by tomorrow.
Settlement Day
June 29th, 2009Settlement day has finally arrived. 
In celebration, in my usual style of complete compulsiveness, I have shaved my head 
(True) and got myself a Nice New Neck Surface Piercing (See Photo Gallery).
Now not only do I act weird and strange, I actually look it as well
(I actually REALLY like this one and from the minute I saw it on someone I had to get one).
Hopefully will be back into somewhat of a normal routine in the next few days.

The bright idea of moving back to the Gold Coast is a reality.
While settlement is not until the 29th June, Possession has been granted on the 15th June, 2009.
As such, updates to this Blog may be limited, however, stay tuned... You never know what will happen... 
Name Change
June 14th, 2009 I have once again been left waiting for an answer as to when the Final Approval of my Name Change is going to be given.
Its been years in the waiting so far, so I dont think a little bit longer really matters.
